Born and raised in beautiful Nicaragua, Daphne Espinoza is an internationally accredited real estate broker with almost a decade of experience. She is particularly passionate about carving out a prosperous space in the real estate market for both locals and expats.

Thanks to her invaluable background in hospitality and non-profit work for 10+ years, Daphne recognizes the synergies between the successes of a small community, a country, and an entire economy.

Daphne’s real estate journey began when she immersed herself in international training programs, both in person and online. This led to the beginning of her professional real estate journey at Keller Williams Realty, where she earned numerous awards for Outstanding Agent in Nicaragua. Next, Daphne joined Trinity Real Estate in 2021. This is where she was first able to amplify the connection between her personal values and her work in real estate.

Today, Daphne is well known for going beyond the expectations of her clients at Reliance Realty her own independent agency. She separates herself from her competitors by walking each client through the steps of integrating them into the community. Here, she believes there is a space for everyone. “I want to support and vet local talent, reduce the gap between men and women in the industry, and help expats integrate into the community of Nicaragua.
